Im 7 weeks pregnant and had a great ultrasound yesterday. brown spotting when i wiped afterwards. today i have red spotting. no cramp, could i be miscarrying?

Miscarriage is possible, but more likely at "7w " , bleeding is b/c of inadequate progesterone made by the placenta, after ovarian progesterone decreases rapidly. See your OB provider, who may add oral progesterone to support the growing pregnancy.
