What kind of rash does my sister have? it's all over her legs, lil bit on stomach it's reddish purplish and her hands look kind of purple too. could you give me advice on what it probably is? how she probably got it? how to treat it? and prevent it?

There are too many skin conditions that could be responsible -- hard to guess. If she is taking any medication, especially a new one started recently, an allergic reaction to the drug is a good bet. No matter what, your friend should contact her doctor and be examined. Good luck to her.
