Can frequent urination caused by thirsty and hard-working not hyperglycemia?, because i have anxiety and annoying exams with headache, it wouldn't be the frequent urination and just thirsty is hyperglycemia, right?

Hyper glycemia is one of the causes though not a very frequent cause of frequency. I think you are worrying too much, If you have family history of Diabetes and also can't stop worrying have your MD do a blood sugar and urine sugar test. I think you will be fine.
