Would follow up with neurologist ( for brain) and developmental optometrist, as sometimes abnormal eye function unrelated to visual acuity can cause dizziness. Ear dysfunction can cause dizziness too try Epleys maneuver. Check MRA for lesions/ MS vascular abnormalities in the brain. Do a tilt test to see if BP or HR varies with sit to stand. Unfortunately, your symptoms as you report them are not specific enough to point toward any single diagnosis. This could be anything from benign to extremely serious. You will not get any satisfactory answer here. You need to see a good internist who can take a THOROUGH COMPREHENSIVE history & do a careful physical exam. Your post is only the beginning, not the end, of the diagnostic process.
