Good day, my name is azola. last week i had been coughing and experiencing pains on my stomach and a painful throat and pains on my chest when i cough. it suddenly escalated to a headache and blocked nose with fever. ?

Usually fever is a sign of an infection, You also have Cough , sore throat and may be inflammation of your inner wall of chest wall, I would give a chance to take an Antibiotic, some cough -decongestant medication , and Ibuprofen for a week, if not improved see a Doctor and get a Chest Xray and some basic blood tests done.
