See a doctor now!,: She probly has the flu but she needs to be evaluated for strep thrat and pneumonia. When you take her to the doctor she can also be tested for the flu.

Hello, Im 19 and currently have a sore throat, mucus buildup in throat, achy chest pain, headaches, low grade fever. Ive has the sore throat for 7 days and the chest pain just started recently. Also no cough. What could this be?
