Preimplantation Genetic testing for aneuploidy is done on 3-5 days embryo and can use outer layer trophectoderm or inner cell mass. A tiny hole is made into embryos of day 3. Day 5-7 cells come out of this hole. These cells are suctioned and chromosomes are analyzed in the frozen sample. Depending upon findings further tests are planned. Total process takes 1-3 weeks in general. Hope it helps.
