Thyroid medication. i am using neomercazole 10mg per day but am not sure that my blood work is showing a real improvent: tsh from nov was <0.01 and this month same. free t4 was 74 now 24. antithyroglobulen was 332 now 207. antithyroid was 224 now 210?

Without normal values for your lab cannot help. They differ by lab. Should be in the report. Go to uptodate.com and read more then discuss with your team.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
