Contact your doctor ASAP. Yes, the headache may be a migraine, but could be caused by other mechanisms, even a viral meningitis. If proven to be migraine, OTC agents such as butterbur, feverfew, riboflavin, CoQ-10, or magnesium might be employed. Your best analgesic OTC is naproxen sodium, if your stomach can tolerate.
