I have ibs and gerd. sometimes, ill have really bad stomach pain that leaves my legs feeling weak, and if i wake up in the middle of the night, i sort of hallucinate. is that normal? i am in a great amount of pain but im just curious?

Recent blood test shows ferritin level is 11(range 10-232). Rest of iron studies are good. My doctor says I am Not anemic but I should take 1 iron pill per day. Is 9-18mg a day ok to raise the ferritin? I have very sensitive stomach with Gerd/IBS?
