Is the blood coming from urine or feces? Either way, your baby needs to be seen by a doctor in person to determine where the blood is coming from and what the cause of the bleeding is so it can be treated. Go to the nearest ER-babies can get in trouble quickly, especially if more blood loss occurs. Best of luck to you and your son!

Could be milk allergy. If your infant is on formula feeding, this could be the first sign of cow's milk allergy. The blood in stool is hardly a large amount and often mixed with mucus forming a string. I would suggest to try a Protein hydrolysate or soy bean-based formula feeding.
