Foreskin Adhesions?: An amount of blood large enough to be seen is rarely going to be from your child's urine. The most likely source is from a break in adhesions around the base of the foreskin. Examine the skin at the base of the foreskin that looks inflamed. Foreskin can naturally adhese to head of penis and will cause small amount of blood when retracted and adhesions break. Apply vaseline irritated areas.
