Ct w contrast of abdominal and pelvic cavity done nov 7th. no findings. how likely would i have bladder, kidney or prostate ca in 4.5 months?

Let me address each cancer on its own. Bladder cancer is difficult to diagnose on imaging especially if the bladder is not distended on examination. The prostate is not well visualized on a CT scan. An MRI of the prostate is better. Kidney tumors would be best picked up with CT scans with contrast of the 3 cancers mentioned. Cancer can develop very rapidly but the likelihood would be low.
