Possibly: Not the ideal test for initial diagnosis. Could possibly see filling defect or abnormal surface in stomach but usually CT would be to look for evidence of spread outside of stomach. Usually would have endoscopy to examine inside of stomach and allow biopsy of any suspicious areas. CT may allow visualization of abnormality but not usually definiitive diagnosis.
