Can a radiologist see stomach ca on a ct w contrast of abdominal and pelvic cavity?

Sometimes: Would be more commonly found on endoscopy. CT scan would usually be used to see if cancer has spread outside of stomach but in certain cases a large enough tumor might be seen on CT .
