From what you've described, you've had an uncomplicated pregnancy and taking a relatively short trip with a layover. One of the considerations in pregnancy is the development of deep vein thromboses, which are blood clots in the legs. It would be recommended to stretch and walk as often as feasible during the flight to promote circulation in your legs. Overall, sounds safe to travel as planned.
