Sir,i am worried about my testicles my right testicle lies horizontal and left sometimes perpendicular and sometimes horizontal and right one always horizontal no pain ,no redness, no swelling, no nausea did i have bell clapper deformity?

Bellclapper deformity both transverse lying testicle plus ability of testis to rotate freely within tunica vaginalis, lining of sac surrounding testis & epididymis within each side of scrotum. Don't worry about possible bellcapper testis unless you have or have had acute episode/s of severe scrotal pain suggesting torsion. Testis torsion can be intermittent, but UR symptom symptom free, thus OK
