Today i was having really bad cramps so i took one aleve. i then got the j&j vaccine two and a half hours later. did i ruin the vaccine? i know youre not supposed to take pain medication beforehand and ive been so stressed about this all day?

Absolutely not ! Even though you've read about it, it's been overstated and there aren't studies in humans that confirm a negative effect on the efficacy of the vaccine from taking NSAIDs

Aleve is a low dose anti-inflammatory and is not either immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory. Your vaccine was not affected.
