I took some midol about an hour and a half ago. my cramps haven't gone away. is it okay to take aleve (naproxen) in addition to the midol?

Maybe: Regular Midol has Tylenol, (acetaminophen) caffeine and an antihistamine. The extended release Midol has naproxin in it which is similar to Alleve. The liquid gel Midol also has a medicine in it similar to Alleve. If reular Midol does not help, taking 1-2 Alleve should be ok up to twice daily.
