I just got my mirena (levonorgestrel) iud inserted today and am having terrible cramps. i took 550 mg naproxen 2 hours ago but it is not helping, can i take advil too?

Cramps : No that is to soon to take another nonsteroidal. Take Tylenol, (acetaminophen) use heat on your abdomen. If you are still in significant pain call the doctor on call for your doctor.
