I have pain in my neck along with a headache?

It's very interesting how emotional stresses cause muscle tension, most focused where the neck and skull meet. Anxiety contributes to general muscle pain. Your neck pain can be associated with joint, muscle, ligament, disc, and ligament pain. Headaches can be directly connected to neck pain. See a doctor in person

If this is chronic neck pain secondary to injury or posture, physical therapy and exercises could help immensely. The headache is likely secondary and will be addressed by therapeutic success.
