Hi, im on femme tab ed 20/100, i was wondering how i could change the time i take the pill and still be protected. i take them at 10am and i want to change it to 10pm?

You actually could change the time as you desire however you may want to give allowance for the fact that the level may go down on the day you change it. I presume you are talking about a contraceptive, avoid sex on the day you change it to 10 pm to allow for the level of hormones to be adequate subsequently. I doubt that it would matter but just to play cautious.
