NO!: It is imperative to take the same time- all the time. The ovaries are sensitive and easily can breakthrough the birth control suppression especially if a pill is missed. Other things that can effect absorption include antibiotics. If you missed a pill, were late, we would strongly suggest alternative contraception that month.

Most likely: If you did not miss any days, but just took at different times during the day you should be fine, especially if you did not have any breakthrough bleeding during the month. That can happen if the strength of the hormone in your pill is not strong enough or if the levels of hormone are fluctuating too much day to day. This happens more commonly with the newer pills which are lower dose.
