I went to the er due to a rash on my left arm, that started spreading. they diagnosed scabies and a cream treatment about 3 months ago, i had everyone in my home treated and they never showed or had any symptoms. my sores are not healing and itch????

You should go see a dermatologist who can examine your rash and determine what is causing it. Sometimes, they can take a scraping and look at it under a microscope. If it is not scabies, you would need a different treatment. If it is scabies, there are different treatments for that as well. You have been itchy for long enough! Best of luck!
