I your partner has a normal semen analysis by a urologist, and your periods are fairly regular (24-32 days apart) the recommended time for any additional tests/treatments is one year of unprotected sex. At that point , ask your gyn provider about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG), which is the leading cause of infertility, and can prove open tubes are present.
