Can acupuncture help with spinal stenosis? my grandmom is 78, has had spinal stenosis for years, has been on gabapentin & has had a lot of pt. she just recently had 2 surgeries to try to help with her pain & inability to stand. what else can help?

Yes, acupuncture, can potentially provide some pain control, but also might benefit from meditation, biofeedback therapy, a sacro-iliac supportive belt, or even different medications. None of this would be curative, but might be palliative.
