First she needs an accurate diagnosis. I recommend she consult a gastroenterologist for workup. Cheilosis, (the corners of her mouths diagnosis) is often caused by iron&B vitamins deficiencies. Have her remove tongue coating by gently scraping with a toothbrush. In the meantime,have her take a liquid antacid 1/2 hour after meals&at bedtime until seen by gastro..
