Can you get swelling on one side of your nose when pregnant. i recently felt nose was feeling weird and tingly and theres a sort of lump on one side.. should i be worried. ?

Would follow up with dermatologist . May be infection like acne that may respond to topical antibiotics or intranasal mupirocin , or even early herpes (cold sore). The occurrence during pregnancy is more likely due to the fact that you are somewhat immunocompromised in pregnancy

See your PCP or ENT doctor - there are lots of possibilities including infection.
