Have been wearing surgical n95; sliding down and rubbing on nose a bit. history of fracture high on bridge (at hump) and severe deviated septum on l. after wearing mask, tingling and a line of swelling bilaterally. some allergic rhinitis recently.

N95 respirator : Whether wearing an N95 respirator, surgical mask or cloth mask/ face cover, there can be problems. The mask nose bridge can push against skin causing friction. However, without the nose bridge, the mask may slip below nose. You may have allergic reactions / sensitivity to the material the masks are made. I have made quite a few masks now for coworker & have eperimeted with modfications.
