Can a recurring vaginal infection affect your esr levels in your blood ?

Anything that causes severe, systemic, or chronic inflammation can elevate the ESR level in your blood. That does include recurrent chronic vaginal infections, but there are other causes and the vaginal issue could also be secondary to one of those other causes.
