Duodenitis: Duodenitis is inflammation occurring in the duodenum, may result in abdominal pain, bleeding, and other gastrointestinal symptoms. The most common cause of duodenitis is a stomach infection associated with bacteria helicobacter pylori (h pylori). This can be treated with antibiotics. Most accurate sign of pancreatitis would be elevated lipase level. 40% gall bladder ef is usually normal level.

GB function normal: 40% ejection fraction means your gall bladder is contracting normally. You may have passed out a stone from your gall bladder 5 weeks ago, hence, the severe pain and the variable amylase level. If mrcp is normal, it means nothing is left in the biliary tree for you to worry about. Best thing you can do now is to eat less fatty food until pain has completely abated.
