My functional practitioner did blood work and my vegf( vascular endothelial growth factor) is low( less than 31). the ref range is 31-86. my level has shown less than 31 for years now. is this dangerous?

It can be significant but your MD would have discussed this in detail if this was the case. Very low levels are seen in diseases effected by spinal perfusion problems such as ALS. I seriously doubt this is a problem in your case.
