Yes BP often drops after eating as blood flow is directed to the gut to process what you eat. In some older folks on BP MEDS this can lead to dizziness and falling. Remind to push-up and down on her toes before she gets up as this may help. I would check it a few more times and show to Dr. Go to uptodate.com and read more. Some home BP DEVICES are not very accurate have her Dr Office check it
