Strategies to overcome Anxiety include all those things that relax you and feed you as a person. Outdoor activity (even just walking), taking time to be with friends and family, prayer/meditation, breathing exercises, journaling your feelings, Eating healthy, whole foods and drinking enough water daily. If your anxiety is interfering with your daily activities, seek help from a Dr or therapist.
