Hi dr my mom 88 yo has kidney failure and heart failue.she will be on dializes for life.after 2 weeks on dializes she is doing alot better and seems to be getting stronger each day.is it to early to say her body accepted dializes ?

Appears that prognosis is positive, and your Mom may continue to improve. Dialysis can indeed dramatically upgrade quality of life.
