Im 5 weeks pregnant and had a little bit of bleeding was a circle shape in the blood.... all flat. i had hcg 7188 at 4+4 and 15818 at 4+6. could this be a sign of molar pregnancy and should i go to the er?

If the pregnancy is confirmed at "5w" , the HCG readings obtained are high for that gestational age of pregnancy, and may represent a molar pregnancy, so a pelvic ultrasound is appropriate. Your gyn physician may order an ultrasound and proceed therefrom to other treatments if necessary.
