Probably okay. It is hard to make clear recommendations without more background information on your health status. However, studies have supported using a maximum of 4000 iu of D3/d in adults not suffering from a deficiency.

I have a few patients with vitamin D overdose with high calcium levels. You should speak to your doctor, most of the time vitamin D3 2000 iU a day is safe.

If your total intake of D3 is less than 4000 units per day, that would be safe. It may help but is not, by itself, reliable for preventing Covid-19. For Covid-19 info: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Wish you good health!

To be clear, these approaches do NOT prevent the infection, but vitamin D and zinc may mollify the effects. By the way, a multivitamin is worthless and a waste of money in virtually ALL CASES. Vitamin D levels should ideally be 50-70 ng/ml, so this can be monitored.
