Hello, im a 28 old male and i stink. the smell is described to me as dirty socks and/or feces. i cant detect the smell myself. i quit drinking and taking drugs 2.5 years ago. the smell seems to get worse after eating certain foods. please help?

You must be getting flatulence . Common causes are certain foods: cabbage, beans, green leafy vegetables when not cooked properly or in a smoothie, brocolli etc. it can also be due to infection such as giardiasis or amebiasis. Blind loop syndrome and overgrowth of colonic bacteria can also be responsible. Stop dairy products ,above foods, treat infections and then see your doctor. Hope it help.
