I have epilepsy and am taken tegretol 400mg daily and i took 2 year with out haven any attact and my bp is alway between 123/90 to 120/89 can i drop it to 200mg daily? thank?

Advise you to work closely with your neurologist and do not modify Tegretol independently. Your lack of seizures is likely due to meds which must be taken twice daily and kept in therapeutic blood level. Dropping to once daily leaves you vulnerable 50% of the time, with risk of seizures. Your blood pressure appears acceptable. Talk to your doctor.
