Gravid. Uterine can press on various structures in pelvis. Hence each pregnancy is its own experience. Your symptom appears innocuous. It will be best to see your doctor to confirm the normal pregnancy and ultrasound will be reassuring that pressure is only from pregnancy. Hope it helps.
