Can sperm swim into the vagina through menstrual blood if the penis wasn't inside my vagina just on me and can it result in pregnancy?

NO: To get pregnant an erected penis must enter your vagina and ejaculate semen. Not impossible to get prgnannt while on your cycle; however, without penetration and with a menstrual flow- very doubtful.

Very, very unlikely: If you washed your thoroughly, a number of times even, that should be sufficient to prevent a pregnancy.
