I have a bruise just under my belly button, sometimes i feel pain from the bruise down, and sometime slightly to the right of the bruise. just wondering if its something i should worry about?

How did you get the bruise? Is it a superficial skin bruise or deep bruise coming from inside your abdominal wall? You should go to the urgent care to be evaluated. I hope it is superficial. Best of luck.
