I feel vein where left testicle should be but i cant feel testicle itself like it was months ago. looks&feels abnormal but no urologist has found anything. also experiencing tight pressure in perineal area right under left teste. right teste is fine?

Since a month im having pain with the veins in my scrotam. Getting as lot of pain on back side and veins of right testicle. I met an urologist he said i have left varicocele. But having big issue with right testicle. Im a student. Please suggest. ?
Can a varicocele be on the testicle itself? I have vein-like structure on the right side of my testicle; Sort of disappears as laying down. Urologist wasn't concerned; said it was a enlarged vein. Freaking out?
