Nose mri additional findings: cervical nodes: a few scattered prominent lymph nodes are not enlarged by size or morphology criteria meaning? does it mean enlarged nodes, or just normal larger nodes are visible? possibly indicative of malignancy?

Without further details and the rest of the report, it is hard to speculate but IN GENERAL, most of the time this is a benign finding and not something to lose sleep over. I would ensure that you discuss this with the physician who ordered the study as they have all the information and can give you the best guidance.
