Allergex non drowsy formula does not have a black box warning for pediatric patients. It can be used by any child over the age of 2. Side effects can include: fatigue, headache, somnolence and dry mouth. Gastrointestinal side effects including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastritis or epigastric pain. Allergic symptoms like rashes and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
