Needs 2nd exam: Persistent vomiting merits a re-evaluation, including a careful history, physical exam, possible flat and upright X-rays of the abdomen, temp check, blood tests and urinalysis. Severe constipation can cause vomiting...but, other causes include viruses, bacteria, parasites, food allergies, toxic substances such as chemical fertilizers, and inflammatory bowel diseases. A GI Dr could help quickly.
