Can you feel lateral lymphnodes? above both of my breast on my chest wall i can feel tiny ball like structures if i push hard enough. is this abnormal? i think i have the correct name of them. i accidentally found them?

Lymph nodes: My guess is they are fat cell masses or lipomas. Not likely to feel nodes on chest wall above breasts.
