Likely OK: Most likely you have developed a collection of blood (hematoma) at the site of biopsy. This is common after a stereotactic biopsy and should slowly resolve over the next few weeks. There is nothing in particular to do. It may be tender for a while but this should resolve with time as well. However, if you have any new or worsening symptoms at any point, consult your physician. Best of luck to you.

Hematoma likely: May be some bleeding at the site, callthe center that did the biopsy and followup with the doctor that ordered the biopsy.

Biopsy Swelling: Most swelling after a biopsy is self limiting. Some bleeding may occur which can add to the overall size of the area of concern. If you develop increasing pain, further size increase or drainage, i would call the doctor who did the biopsy and get their evaluation of the situation. Most of these types of procedures don't require an emergency room evaluation.
