I get out of breath easily and have chest pain occasionally that has been associated with acid reflux. my stress test was +ve but angiography normal next day. so stress test was considered false +ve. could there still be some cardio issue with me?

Cardiac issue: Pain likely GERD. There are false + tests for every heart test. My take is you have GERD &anxiety about heart problems. All the tests in the world will not help. Go to uptodate.com and read more about cardiac neurosis but all the other info they have a our heart disease.
