Seeing stars: Photopsia, or seeing stars or flashes of light is usually not a serious issue but occurs when there is transient increase in physical pressure on the eyes such as occurs with bending over or sneezing. However if there are huge flashes along with some loss of vision, it would signify a detached retina,a real eye emergency requiring immediate treatment by an ophthalmologist or retinal specialist

Seeing stars : I wonder if you have a sudden loss of blood circulation because of pressure changes from sneezing. See a doctor
